Planning checklist
- Expected H2S (and how you know), plus a high-case
- Whether the well is or may be critical sour under your classification process
- Release, ignition, flare, and setback implications at the planned rates
- Equipment class and redundancy the program actually needs
- Personnel tickets, monitoring, and medical / rescue interfaces
- Measurement plan if rates must be limited
- Vendor sour competency — not a generic testing ticket
- Independent oversight: yes/no, and stop-work authority
- Data package: what you still need if the flow is cut short
